LBPEM carries out electromagnetic field strength (PEM) studies:
- Work environment (OHS) – electromagnetic field in the work space during the use of broadcasting devices for radio communication systems (base stations of mobile telephone systems) in the 800 MHz – 90 GHz frequency range. Direct measuring method, according to the scope of accreditation.
- Environment (WWTP) – electromagnetic field in the vicinity of radiocommunication installations: broadband measurements in the frequency range 3 MHz – 90 GHz. Direct measuring method, according to the scope of accreditation.
- Environment (WWTP) – electromagnetic field in the 300 MHz – 90 GHz frequency range. Calculation method, according to the scope of accreditation.
- The laboratory performs tests in accordance with the scope of accreditation. The scope of accreditation can be found on the PCA website – see more
- In addition to the tests covered by the scope of accreditation, the Laboratory also reports installations generating electromagnetic fields.
